We are so incredibly excited to announce that MossCraft is officially live! If you have been searching for a new Minecraft home—one that values community, fairness, and pure gameplay above all else—we believe we’ve built it for you.

Our mission was to create a “vanilla+” survival multiplayer (SMP) experience that gets back to the heart of what makes Minecraft great: building, exploring, and creating a community together. We’ve poured a lot of passion into this, and we can’t wait for you to join us.

We know how it feels. So many online communities get fragmented. Your friends are on console, but you’re on PC. You find a cool server, only to realize it’s full of toxicity. That’s why our community-first approach is more than just a tagline.

  • True Crossplay: MossCraft unites players from both Java Edition (PC, Mac) and Bedrock Edition (consoles, mobile, Windows). Finally, you can play with all of your friends, no matter what device they use.
  • A Welcoming Space: Our primary goal is to cultivate a positive, welcoming, and toxicity-free environment. We have an active staff, community-driven events, and a shared vision for a world built by its players.

Let’s be clear about our biggest commitment: MossCraft is 100% free-to-play and enforces a zero-tolerance policy for any pay-to-win (P2W) elements.

We’ve all seen servers where you’re constantly pressured to purchase advantages. We believe a player’s skill, creativity, and dedication should be the only factors in their success.

On MossCraft, you will never be able to buy in-game currency, overpowered items, or special ranks that give you a gameplay advantage. That is our foundational promise.

Any donation or purchase options are guaranteed to be purely cosmetic, such as unique chat tags or particle effects. These are just ways for players to support our operational costs if they choose, without ever compromising the level playing field we’ve worked so hard to create.

 

What is “Vanilla+”?

 

We love the core Minecraft experience, and we don’t want to change it. Our “vanilla+” philosophy means we keep the original survival gameplay intact while adding a few key quality-of-life improvements to protect our players and improve the social experience.

  • Fun Minigames: Take a break with free-to-play games like Sky Wars, Hot Potato, and Hide and Seek.
  • The Latest Version: We are committed to running the latest versions, so you’ll always have access to new features. We are currently live on 1.21.10.

 

Stay Connected, In-Game or Out

 

To help our community feel truly unified, we’ve set up a special Discord integration. In-game chat messages are seamlessly broadcast to a dedicated Discord channel, so you can follow the action even when you’re away.

Even better, players on Discord can reply directly in that channel, and their messages will appear instantly in the Minecraft in-game chat. It’s the-perfect way to foster a real-time conversation that bridges both platforms.
